Company

Rooted in Cairo. Built for everywhere.

The company’s own teams carry the work from analysis through support. Delivery is not subcontracted.

LoginHR is an Egyptian enterprise software company building a globally competitive HR platform.

Purpose

Vision — where we are going

Egyptian roots. Global ambition.

We envision an Egyptian-built platform operating at international standards, bringing serious HR technology, talent management and organizational development to enterprises across markets.

To be an Egyptian product built to global standards, chosen by large enterprises wherever they operate, and to expand into new markets with a system that carries a full compliance engine for every country it enters, developed and supported by the same team that built it.

This is the direction of the company. A full compliance engine is not already implemented for every country.

What that partnership covers

  1. 01Talent management.
  2. 02Organizational development.
  3. 03Applying HR strategy in actual operations.
  4. 04Creating measurable business value beyond payroll and attendance.

Mission — why we exist

Behind every payroll, there are people.

Every payroll cycle matters because the people depending on it matter. That responsibility shapes how we design, build, deliver and support LoginHR.

Principles

What we refuse to compromise.

Four commitments that shape how LoginHR works with customers.

  1. 01

An extension of your team, not an outside vendor

Support is available outside working hours and on public holidays because payroll closing does not necessarily follow ordinary office hours. The aim is to help salaries be processed on time.

Coverage outside working hours is confirmed in the current agreement.

  2. 02

    Clarity from day one

Scope, deliverables, cost and project boundaries are agreed before signing. The company aims to prevent surprises involving terms that were not clearly disclosed.

  3. 03

    A partnership measured in years

LoginHR approaches employee salary processing as an ongoing responsibility. The company continues developing its system to accommodate evolving customer requirements and maintain long-term partnerships.

  4. 04

    Compliance built into the product

Relevant labour law, social insurance and tax requirements are engineered into the product. Statutory updates are delivered ahead of their effective dates.

The timing is confirmed in the maintenance terms. A full engine for every future country remains part of the vision, not a completed inventory.

People

The people are the product’s greatest strength.

We invest in them, we take care of them, and every single one of them is an honourable face of this company.

Our people build the system. Our people stand behind it.

Delivery

One team. End to end.

From understanding the requirements to supporting a live deployment, the teams remain involved across the delivery lifecycle.

Six connected disciplines: analysis, development, implementation, training, quality and support. The drawing is an explanatory sequence, not an org chart.

Analysis

Understanding what the customer’s rules, policies and operation actually require.

The sequence shows how the work usually moves. Stages can overlap.

The work

One platform. The entire employee journey.

Careers

Build software that matters.

Build the system 80,000 people are paid through.

More than 80,000 employees are paid through customer deployments of LoginHR. LoginHR does not itself disburse those salaries.

Engineers, business analysts, implementation specialists and support professionals — if you want your work to have real operational impact, we want to hear from you.

  1. 01

    Software engineering

.NET, SQL Server, the calculation engine, the screen framework and the reporting engine.

  2. 02

    Business analysis

Translating labour law, payroll policy, customer rules and operational requirements into software specifications.

  3. 03

    Implementation and support

Customer go-lives, factories, hospitals, universities, month-end payroll operations and ongoing client support.

  • Real production releases.
  • Engineering with a visible effect on a client.
  • Mistakes and good work are both visible.
