LoginHR / Enterprise integrations

Your systems. Finally connected.

Bring HR, payroll, finance, attendance devices and enterprise applications into a structured integration experience — designed around your actual business requirements.

LoginHR sits in the middle of your existing systems.

Explanatory map of integration domains around LoginHR. It is not a live connection status.

SAP GL posting

Payroll journals posted into SAP Financials with cost-center allocation — structured entries rather than a spreadsheet handoff. This describes the integration approach. It is not an SAP certification or a named connector version.

Connections

What each connection actually does.

The map above names the systems. Each one here shows the exchange it is built to carry. Nothing on this page is a live connection status.

Three data domains. Two directions.

Employee master data and GL journals leave LoginHR. Cost centers return from the ERP.

ERP

Payroll general-ledger journals move from LoginHR toward ERP financials.

The exchange is structured. It is not a spreadsheet-led transfer. A wider project may still use files outside this pipeline.

ERP integration architecture

SAP and Oracle. One integration discipline.

Same preparation, two financial interfaces. The method is chosen in the customer's configuration.

Select a system to explore

An FI/CO-oriented approach. Payroll journals enter SAP FI. Cost centers originate in SAP CO and sync back, so later journal lines can carry their cost assignment.

SAP FI

Cost-center sync

SAP CO

LoginHR

Payroll journals post into SAP FI through structured interface tables or a BAPI-based import. Document types and posting keys follow the customer's FI configuration. Multi-entity groups post per entity.

Cost-center master data, the KOSTL master, is synchronized from SAP CO into LoginHR.

  • FI document behavior

Document types and posting keys follow the customer's own FI configuration.

  • KOSTL

KOSTL is the cost-center master that returns from SAP CO.

  • Per entity

Journals are posted per entity. Company-code mapping beyond that is confirmed in the customer's FI configuration.

LoginHR is not SAP-certified and is not an SAP partner. Interface tables or a BAPI-based import are the available options, chosen in the customer's configuration.

Built to connect beyond the big ERPs.

The same preparation can serve other accounting platforms. Two methods are available. Both are scoped and delivered by the LoginHR team.

Choose an integration method

These are approaches, not a catalogue of certified connectors, a no-code builder, or proof that every ERP already has an adapter.

Every exchange needs a clear outcome.

The destination answers. Accepted lines and lines that need review are both part of the loop: acknowledgment, rejected lines with reasons, correction, and reposting.

Payroll total = posted total

That equality is the reconciliation condition the architecture is built to check. It is not a guarantee that every post matches automatically.

Choose an outcome

  1. 01

    Submission

The adapter sends the prepared exchange to the destination.

  2. 02

    Response

An acknowledgment, or rejected lines with reasons, comes back.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation

Payroll totals are compared with what the destination accepted.

  4. 04

    Resolution

Lines that need review are corrected in LoginHR and can be posted again.
