HR software in Egypt, engineered around Egyptian payroll

Social insurance forms, salary tax, Labour Law 14/2025 and factory shifts, hosted or on premises. In production means live customer operations. It is not a ministry approval.

Built around Egyptian payroll and employment

LoginHR was engineered in Cairo around four Egyptian requirements: social-insurance forms, salary-tax treatment, factory shifts that cross midnight, and a law that can change during the year. The statements below are the product capabilities, read alongside the limits published on the proof and data-center pages.

Egyptian statutory capabilities

  1. Social insurance forms

Forms 1 (joining), 2 (leaving) and 6 (wage change) are generated from the payroll record, with the contribution ceiling and the employee and employer shares. Rates are confirmed in the proposal. A live submission to NOSI is not part of the standard scope.

  2. Salary tax

LoginHR calculates brackets, exemptions, the tax settlement and the quarterly return, to the pound. Brackets follow the current statute and are confirmed at implementation.

  3. Labour Law 14/2025

Leave, end of service, overtime and penalty limits are product rules drawn from Law 14/2025. Coverage follows the signed engagement, not every article of the law. Using the software does not, by itself, make an employer compliant. Statutory updates are released ahead of effective dates as a maintenance commitment, confirmed in the agreement.

  4. Shift management

Rotating crews, shifts that cross midnight, seasonal labour and missions between sites are part of the Egyptian attendance model.

Published performance

OperationWorkloadResult
Attendance evaluation5,158 employees × 30 days = 154,740 records1 min 47 s
Full payroll run10,000+ employees, with salary tax and social insuranceUnder 25 min

Both figures were timed on a single server against one production-equivalent database. The attendance run includes rotating crews, cross-midnight shifts, missing punches, full evaluation of the relevant rules, and re-evaluation during month-close corrections. The payroll clock starts when the period is opened for calculation and stops when payslips are approved for disbursement. It includes recalculation, statutory deductions, social insurance and salary tax. Month-long data entry before that cycle is excluded. The payroll result is an upper bound, not CPU-only time, not live telemetry, and not a named customer’s close. The 70+ clients and 80,000+ employees cited below are separate scale figures.

Hosted or on premises

Hosted

Hosted data sits in a third-party colocation facility in Frankfurt, in the EU region named on the data-center page.

On premises

On-premises means customer-controlled hosting, with SQL Server behind the customer’s firewall. Whether the data stays in Egypt depends on the architecture, integrations, backups and data flows. Confirm the current technical requirement for the engagement.

The hosted facility is a certified colocation environment. Egyptian data-protection law treats that placement as a cross-border transfer that needs authorisation from the Personal Data Protection Centre. That authorisation is handled in the engagement, and the facility certificate belongs to the operator, not to LoginHR. Physical location is not, by itself, compliance with every privacy rule. The same product runs in both deployments.

Hosting and residency

Where LoginHR runs

More than seventy enterprises across twelve sectors use LoginHR, including manufacturing, hospitals, universities, contracting, shipping and food, covering more than eighty thousand employees. The proof page lists the twelve sectors. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are deployed projects under each country’s rules. Those statuses are not ministry approvals.

Frequently asked questions

Does LoginHR handle Egyptian social insurance forms?

Forms 1, 2 and 6 are produced from the payroll record. Rates are confirmed in the proposal. A live NOSI submission is not part of the standard scope.

Does LoginHR support Labour Law 14/2025?

Yes. Leave, end of service, overtime and penalty limits are configured from that law. Coverage follows the signed engagement, not every article. Using the software does not, by itself, make an employer compliant.

Can it run on our own servers?

Yes. Choose an on-premises deployment or hosted service. Frankfurt, residency and SQL Server are set out in the deployment section.

How fast is the payroll run?

The published payroll figure is an upper bound under 25 minutes for 10,000+ employees. The attendance run in the same table is 154,740 records in 1 minute 47 seconds. The clock and the exclusions are stated with the table.

Is the interface Arabic?

Arabic is the original interface. Screens, letters, payslips and support work right to left, with English available beside them.
