Deployed projects

HR and payroll software for the United Arab Emirates

Configured for UAE labour law, MOHRE and the Wage Protection System. Customer projects are deployed under these rules. The status is not a ministry approval.

Payroll and employment for the United Arab Emirates

LoginHR runs payroll and HR configured for the United Arab Emirates, and customer projects operate there under the country’s statutory rules. The status is Deployed projects. It is not a ministry approval, a published customer count, or a named government form. Individual UAE customers are not named on this page.

The authorities the payroll answers to

  1. UAE Labour Law

Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. LoginHR configures payroll against this statute. Coverage follows the signed engagement, not every article of the law.

  2. MOHRE

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. LoginHR keeps employment records aligned with MOHRE requirements. A direct connection to MOHRE is not included.

  3. Wage Protection System

LoginHR produces a Salary Information File from the payroll run. Producing the file is not a submission to the Central Bank or to MOHRE.

  4. GPSSA

The General Pension and Social Security Authority, for eligible UAE nationals. Contribution rates are confirmed in the proposal. A live submission to GPSSA is not part of the standard scope, and the calculation does not apply to every expatriate.

  5. ILOE

Unemployment insurance under Federal Decree-Law No. 13 of 2022. The UAE government portal states that employees in the federal government and the private sector subscribe, and that investors who own the establishment, domestic workers, temporary-contract employees, people under 18, and pension-receiving retirees who take a new job are outside the scheme. Premiums and salary bands are confirmed in the proposal. A subscription through LoginHR is not included.

What the engine handles for the United Arab Emirates

  1. WPS Salary Information File

A Salary Information File produced from the payroll run, in the Central Bank format. Producing the file is not a submission.

  2. Employment contracts

Contract treatment follows the 2021 reform. Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 uses a fixed-term contract. The older unlimited classification is not treated as the current form.

  3. End-of-service gratuity

Calculated from length of service and contract type. The formula is applied in the configured rules. The result supports the payroll team. It is not a legal determination of the statutory amount. An alternative end-of-service savings scheme is not part of this pack.

  4. GPSSA contributions

Calculated for UAE nationals, alongside expatriate payroll. Rates are confirmed in the proposal. A live submission is not part of the standard scope.

  5. Emiratisation

Headcount is tracked against the applicable target. The target is confirmed for the engagement. LoginHR does not file a ministry result.

One engine, one rulebook per country

LoginHR keeps a single calculation engine and a separate statutory pack per country. A group operating in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere closes one cycle and files under each jurisdiction. The employee record, the attendance engine and the reporting layer stay the same. Only the rules differ.

Country packs on the compliance overview

How an implementation runs

  1. Analysis

Shift patterns, pay components and the statutory rules for this country are written down and signed before anything is configured.

  2. Configuration

The signed rules are configured after that analysis. Configuration follows the written scope.

  3. Parallel payroll validation

A parallel run against the existing process, for at least one full cycle, before go-live.

  4. Go-live

    Go-live follows the parallel cycle.

  5. Support

The same team stays from the first workshop through eighteen months of support. That duration is the engagement model and is confirmed in the contract.

What a quote needs

  1. Headcount and shifts

How many people, and how much of that headcount moves in shifts.

  2. Pay components

What is not basic salary: allowances, overtime rules and penalties.

  3. Deployment

Whether the deployment is on the customer’s servers or hosted.

  4. Statutory filings

Which filings are submitted today, and who prepares them.

  5. Integrations

Systems that must receive or send data: finance, ERP and biometric devices. Named products and a live connection are confirmed in the proposal.

The written proposal itemises scope by module, names the environment used for the published benchmark, names the statutory pack, and names owners for each implementation stage. There is no per-employee list price. Scope and rule complexity set the figure. The linked benchmark is the published platform benchmark, not a UAE statutory test.
