Statutory pack on request

HR and payroll software for Morocco

Payroll and HR configured for the Labour Code, CNSS and AMO. The Morocco statutory pack is available on request and set up for each client. It is not a live production deployment.

Payroll and employment for Morocco

LoginHR configures payroll and HR for Morocco under the Labour Code, CNSS and compulsory health insurance. Those rules sit in the calculation engine and are applied for each client. There is no live production deployment in Morocco yet. The status is Statutory pack on request. It is not a certification and not a customer count.

The authorities the payroll answers to

  1. Labour Code

Code du travail, Loi 65-99. LoginHR configures payroll against this statute. Coverage follows the rules in the signed engagement, not every article of the code.

  2. CNSS

The Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale. LoginHR prepares declarations and applies the contribution ceiling. The ceiling amount is confirmed in the proposal. Preparing a declaration is not a live submission to CNSS.

  3. AMO

Compulsory health insurance, calculated on its own contribution line. Rates are confirmed in the proposal. A live filing is not part of the pack.

  4. IR

Impôt sur le revenu, withheld on a progressive scale. Brackets follow the current Finance Law and are confirmed at implementation.

What the engine handles for Morocco

These are rules the engine can configure for a Moroccan payroll. They describe the statutory pack, not a payroll already running in production.

  1. CNSS declarations

Declarations prepared with the contribution ceiling applied. The ceiling amount is confirmed in the proposal. The file is prepared in LoginHR. It is not a connection to a CNSS service.

  2. AMO

Compulsory health insurance, kept on its own contribution line. Rates are confirmed in the proposal.

  3. CIMR

The Caisse Interprofessionnelle Marocaine de Retraite, kept on a separate contribution line from AMO. It applies where that pension arrangement is in place, not to every employee. Rates are confirmed in the proposal.

  4. Progressive IR

Progressive income-tax withholding, including the family-related adjustments used in Moroccan payroll. The scale and allowance amounts are confirmed at implementation.

  5. Bilingual documents

Payslips and employment documents in French and Arabic.

  6. SMIG and sector minimums

Checks against SMIG and sector minimum wages. Amounts follow the current decree and are confirmed at implementation. The check supports the payroll team. It does not replace a review of the decree.

One engine, one rulebook per country

LoginHR keeps a single calculation engine and a separate statutory pack per country. A group operating in Egypt, Morocco and elsewhere closes one cycle and files under each jurisdiction. The employee record, the attendance engine and the reporting layer stay the same. Only the rules differ. The Morocco pack is configured per client. It is not a live deployment.

Country packs on the compliance overview

How an implementation runs

Every engagement follows the same stages. No Moroccan customer is named, and a Moroccan project has not completed this path.

  1. Analysis

Shift patterns, pay components and the statutory rules for this country are written down and signed before anything is configured.

  2. Configuration

The signed rules are configured after that analysis. Configuration follows the written scope.

  3. Parallel payroll validation

A parallel run against the existing process, for at least one full cycle, before go-live.

  4. Go-live

Go-live follows the parallel cycle. A Moroccan go-live has not taken place.

  5. Support

The same team stays from the first workshop through eighteen months of support. That duration is the engagement model. It is confirmed in the contract, and it is not evidence that a Moroccan project has reached month eighteen.

What a quote needs

  1. Headcount and shifts

How many people, and how much of that headcount moves in shifts.

  2. Pay components

What is not basic salary: allowances, overtime rules and penalties.

  3. Deployment

Whether the deployment is on the customer’s servers or hosted.

  4. Statutory filings

Which filings are submitted today, and who prepares them.

  5. Integrations

Systems that must receive or send data: finance, ERP and biometric devices. Named products and a live connection are confirmed in the proposal.

The written proposal itemises scope by module, names the environment used for the published benchmark, names the statutory pack, and names owners for each implementation stage. There is no per-employee list price. Scope and rule complexity set the figure. The linked benchmark is the published platform benchmark, not a Moroccan statutory test.
