Saudi Arabia

Deployed projects

HR and payroll software for Saudi Arabia

Configured for Saudi labour law, GOSI, Mudad and the Wage Protection System. Customer projects are deployed under these rules. The status is not a ministry approval.

Payroll and employment for Saudi Arabia

LoginHR runs payroll and HR configured for Saudi Arabia, and customer projects operate there under the country’s statutory rules. The status is Deployed projects. It is not a ministry approval, a published customer count, or a named government form. Individual Saudi customers are not named on this page.

The authorities the payroll answers to

  1. Saudi labour law

LoginHR configures payroll for Saudi labour law. Deployed projects apply the rules for leave, overtime and end-of-service. Coverage follows the signed engagement, not every article of the law.

  2. GOSI

The General Organization for Social Insurance. LoginHR calculates the contributions the payroll must answer for. Rates and thresholds are confirmed in the proposal.

  3. Mudad and the Wage Protection System

Mudad is the platform used for wage-protection filing. LoginHR produces the payroll file in the required format. Producing the file is not a direct connection to a government service.

  4. Nitaqat / Saudization

LoginHR tracks Saudization by nationality and headcount. It does not file a ministry result or certify a Nitaqat band.

What the engine handles for Saudi Arabia

  1. GOSI contributions

Contributions are calculated separately for Saudi and non-Saudi employees. Rates are confirmed in the proposal. A live submission to GOSI is not part of the standard scope.

  2. WPS payroll file

A payroll file generated in the format required for Mudad. Generating the file is not an API integration with Mudad.

  3. Nitaqat tracking

Band tracking by nationality and headcount. LoginHR does not file the band or confirm that an authority has accepted it.

  4. End-of-service award

Calculated from contract type and reason for leaving. The legal formula is applied in the configured rules. The result supports the payroll team. It is not a legal determination of the statutory amount.

  5. Hijri and Gregorian calendars

Hijri and Gregorian calendars are kept side by side in the product.

One engine, one rulebook per country

LoginHR keeps a single calculation engine and a separate statutory pack per country. A group operating in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere closes one cycle and files under each jurisdiction. The employee record, the attendance engine and the reporting layer stay the same. Only the rules differ.

Country packs on the compliance overview

How an implementation runs

  1. Analysis

Shift patterns, pay components and the statutory rules for this country are written down and signed before anything is configured.

  2. Configuration

The signed rules are configured after that analysis. Configuration follows the written scope.

  3. Parallel payroll

A parallel run against the existing process, for at least one full cycle, before go-live.

  4. Go-live and support

The same team stays from the first workshop through eighteen months of support. That duration is the engagement model and is confirmed in the contract.

What a quote needs

  1. Headcount and shifts

How many people, and how much of that headcount moves in shifts.

  2. Pay components

What is not basic salary: allowances, overtime rules and penalties.

  3. Deployment

Whether the deployment is on the customer’s servers or hosted.

  4. Statutory filings

Which filings are submitted today, and who prepares them.

  5. Integrations

Systems that must receive or send data: finance, ERP and biometric devices. Named products and a live connection are confirmed in the proposal.

The written proposal itemises scope by module, names the environment used for the published benchmark, names the statutory pack, and names owners for each implementation stage. There is no per-employee list price. Scope and rule complexity set the figure.
