What actually drives the settlement

Three things decide an end-of-service figure in Egypt: the wage the settlement is calculated on, the length of service counted to the day, and the reason the employment ended. The wage is the part most systems get wrong — it is not always the basic salary, and whether an allowance is included changes the result for every leaver.

Why a real settlement needs the file, not a form

A correct settlement reads the contract type, the notice period, unused leave balance, any outstanding advances or penalties, and the insurance forms that have to follow. LoginHR produces the settlement from the employee file itself and generates Form 2 for social insurance in the same step, so the leaver, the payroll and the statutory filing agree.

How an implementation actually runs

Analysis first: the shift patterns, the pay components and the statutory rules that apply to this country are written down and signed before anything is configured. Then configuration, then a parallel run against the existing process for at least one full cycle, then go-live — with the same team from the first workshop to the eighteenth month of support.

What we need from you to quote it

  • Headcount, and how much of it moves in shifts.
  • The pay components that are not basic salary — allowances, overtime rules, penalties.
  • Whether the deployment is on your servers or hosted.
  • Which statutory filings you submit today, and who prepares them.
  • The systems that must receive or send data — finance, ERP, biometric devices.

What you get in writing

A scope itemised by module, the environment the benchmark figures were measured on, the statutory pack for your country, and the implementation stages with named owners. No per-employee list price, because scope and rule complexity decide the number — and we would rather show you the levers than a figure that changes at the first real question.
